OPEN HOUSE in Oakwood:) It was like a mini MANSION with 5 bedrooms, 3 bath and a basement. Nice size backyard,2 car garage and adorable patio. When my daughter and I entered the crib we was welcomed by a nice man named Mr. Charles who asked if we wanted 2 see the last 2 minutes of the Cincinnati and Pittsburgh game and we said sure. Dirty D (Dalton) took a L from BEASTY Ben. After that we looked around the house,took pictures and videos:) There was a lady whose name I didn't get who told us about the year the house was made. I enjoy living in a Simms Development Condominium. Very good quality condos, very reasonable HOA ($50-$60/monthly), great neighbors, walking distance to all of Downtown Dayton amenities. Highly recommend Simms Development.

Wow,!!! What a great experience we have had with Charles Simms Development. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heather Dewitt , their agent, with Charles Simms Development. Their dedication to our satisfaction was evident in how they went out of their way to accommodate our viewing schedules. Heather's communication, honesty, integrity and willingness to listen allowed us to purchase our property with ease. Heather really made our buying experience so wonderful. It was a rollercoaster ride looking for our perfect home, since we lived out-of-state, until we met Heather who went above and beyond to give us advice. And allow us to make a fresh start in life, and we will be forever grateful to her. It was never about the sale, but more about securing a home that we can create new memories and live in happily.
